    InterScribe offers three subscription tiers — Launch, Engage, and Elevate — each designed to meet different organisational needs. Plans differ in monthly streaming hours, audience sizes, concurrent sessions, interpreter access, AI voice features, event portals, and advanced options like custom domains. Understanding these differences helps you choose the right plan and manage costs effectively.

    This guide summarises plan features and provides instructions for viewing and changing your subscription.

    Viewing Your Current Plan

    1. Access Account Settings: Click your avatar and choose Account Settings.
    2. Go to Subscription: Open the Account or Subscription tab. You’ll see your current plan, billing date, streaming hour usage, interpreter count, and translation credits.
    3. Download invoices: Click Invoices to view or download past invoices as PDFs.

    Upgrading or Downgrading

    1. Click “View Plans & Prices”: On the subscription page, click View all plans & prices.
    2. Compare options: Review plan features above or visit the pricing page for interactive comparison.
    3. Select your new plan: Choose Upgrade or Downgrade. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
    4. Confirm payment method: If upgrading, you may be charged a prorated amount depending on your current cycle.

    Tips & Best Practices

    • 📊 Monitor usage: Keep track of hours and credits to avoid unexpected pauses or overages.
    • 🔄 Adjust as you grow: Upgrade if your event count, interpreter usage, or audience size increases.
    • 🎤 Plan for interpreter limits: Launch does not support human interpreters. Engage supports 2; Elevate supports unlimited.
    • 🌐 Think about branding: Choose Elevate if you need custom domains or multiple branded portals.
    • 🧪 Test with a trial: New users can try InterScribe before subscribing. Trials include limited hours and feature access.

    Troubleshooting / FAQs

    Can I switch plans mid‑month? Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect next cycle.
    What happens if I exceed my streaming hours? Streaming pauses when your quota runs out. Purchase more hours or upgrade to resume.
    Do unused translation credits roll over? No. Credits reset monthly and do not carry over.
    Is AI voice included in the Launch plan? No. AI voice interpretation starts at the Engage tier.
    How do I cancel my subscription? In the Subscription tab, click Cancel Plan. Your account remains active until the end of the billing period.
